1946 -2010

On Wednesday, December 29, 2010 we said farewell to a very special person; a loving wife, dedicated mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Although her loss has left a void in our hearts, it helps to know that we were truly blessed to have had her in our lives.

We sincerely thank all our relatives and friends who surrounded us with visits, love and care. A special thank you to Rev. Marilyn Avery for the beautiful Service of Remembrance and Celebration and for those who helped make the service so special.

For thoughtful professional guidance throughout, we thank Mindy and the staff of Fillatre's Funeral Home. We gratefully acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy through sympathy cards, visits and hugs, floral arrangements, telephone calls, donations in memory, gifts of food and prayers. A very special thank you to Rev. Kathy Brett for her many prayers, visits and support during Sandra's illness.

We also offer our thanks to the staff at WMRH Cancer Centre for their continued care and support. To those who travelled many miles to be with us, we shall always be grateful. Although it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please be assured your expressions of kindness have provided us with great strength and comfort and will always be remembered. For honouring Sandra's memory at this time, we thank you all.
