Mother of Terrance, Pat Wincey (John), Roger, Pamela Carragher (Danny) and Randy. Special grandmother to Courtney Carragher. Survived by her sister-in-law, Glady MacNeill. Predeceased by her husband, George MacNeill, and sisters, Audrey MacLeod and Norma Ford. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home. Funeral from St. John's Anglican Church, Milton, on Monday at 11 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery. Visiting hours on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. only.
