Passed peacefully away at Presentation Motherhouse on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her parents Bridget and William; sisters: Ellen, Theresa, Josephine, Lucy and Mary; brothers: Phonse, John, Charlie and Bernard. Left to mourn and to celebrate her life are the Presentation Sisters; her sisters: Ephrem Day and Rita O’Brien; loving nieces and nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and friends. Resting at Presentation Motherhouse, Cathedral Square, St. John’s. Visiting hours on Thursday, July 2nd, 10:00 - 12:00, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m., 7:00 - 9:30 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 8:30 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Basilica of St. John the Baptist on Friday, July 3rd at 11:30 a.m. and interment will be at Presentation Cemetery, Cathedral Square.
