Passed peacefully away after a short illness, Jan. 14, 2011 at the Central NL Regional Health Care Centre, Marlene Mary Corbin of Grand Falls-Windsor. She was 55 years of age. She was employed at Highliner Inn and was a member of St. Joseph's CWL. She was predeceased by her parents Valentine and Doreen Finlay; sister-in-law, Maxine Corbin. Left to mourn her passing are husband, Brian; sons Kenny and Jeffrey (Glenda); parents-in-law, Martin and Stella Corbin; grandson, Cameron. Also leaving to mourn are sisters, Holly (Jim Burden), Shirley (Derek Horwood), Theresa (Kenneth Crawley), Kelly (John Bouzane), Valerie-Ann (Don Moores); brothers, Gerard (Tina), Rod (Donna), Donald (Joan), Gordon (Darlene), Jerry (Liz) and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Father William Houlahan will conduct funeral mass at St. Joseph's Parish, Grand Falls-Windsor on Monday, Jan. 17, 2011 with interment at the Interfaith Cemetery, Union Street, Grand Falls-Windsor. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Hoskins Funeral Homes, Grand Falls-Windsor. Pallbearers are Jim Burden, Derek Horwood, Gordon Corbin, Gerard Finlay, Rod Finlay, Frank Downey. Honorary pallbearer Donald Corbin.
