The death of Mary Constance (Vaughan) Street, better known as "Connie", occurred on December 26, 2010 at the age of 89 years, formerly of Ancaster, Ont., after spending 1½ years in a nursing home in Hamilton, Ont. She was born in Saint John, N.B. in 1921 to Mae and Victor LeBaron Vaughan. She is survived by her husband, Rodney, three sons, Jamie and Paul (Ellen) of Ancaster, and David (Pamela) of Colorado; two sisters in Saint John, Ruth Waller (Leslie) and Nancy Morehouse (late Edwin); Four grandchildren, Laura and Liam of Ancaster, Ont. and Arthur and Natania of Colorado. She was pre-deceased by her parents, and sister, Elinor.
Cremation has taken place. A funeral service was held in Burlington, Ont., and a committal service will be held in the summer in Saint John, N.B.
