MacAusland
The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Monday, Jan. 17, 2011, of Myrtle MacAusland, of Summerside, aged 82 years. Born in Northam, she was the daughter of the late Wallace and Mary (Enman) Ramsay. Survived by her children David (Shirley) MacAusland, Linkletter; Gordon (Barb) MacAusland, Summerside; Paul (Betty) MacAusland, Summerside; Cathy (Harley) Graham, Summerside; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters Aldeane (Clarence) MacNeill; Arthur (Beth) Ramsay; Ingham (Mary) Ramsay; and Victor Ramsay (Marilyn). Predeceased by her husband Preston; son Alden; daughter Deborah Lee, in infancy; granddaughter Maureen MacAusland; and her sister Janie Alice Whitman. Myrtle was a lifetime member of the Antique Car Club. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, (98 Water St. - private entrance in rear of Waterfront Mall - former S.R.D.C. Office), until Thursday, then to the Summerside Presbyterian Church, Summerside, for funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place later in Peoples Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial donations to Camp Gencheff would be appreciated.
