1942 - 2010 - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elvina on December 11th, 2010 in Calgary, AB following a lengthy battle with cancer. Born in Collette, NB, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Bernard and the late Marie (Buotte) Bernard. She is survived by two daughters Tracy (Ryan) Dekuysscher, Grand Prairie, AB and Desi Mitchell, Sault Saint Marie, ON; one son J.C. Mitchell, Grand Prairie, AB as well as seven grandchildren. She is also survived by five sisters Noëlla (Eugene) Bourgeois, Moncton, Rosella (Leonard) Leblanc, Moncton, Doris (Ulysse) Doiron, Memramcook, Anna (Emile) Richard, Nortre Dame, Jeanne (Eugene) Gauvin, Lakeside; two brothers Louis (Marilyn) Bernard, Brampton, ON, Raymond (Jeannette) Bernard, Moncton. She was also predeceased by husband Paul Mitchell.
