Shirley B. Peterson of Kamloops passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 72 years of age.

She is survived by daughter Sherry (Mike Cronin) Harris of Kamloops, grandchildren David Harris and Braidy Harris, and sisters Helen Lane and Marcia Pick.

Special thank you to her special nieces, Corene, Jo-Anne, Donna and Laurie Ann.

She was predeceased by her husband Dave Peterson, son David, brothers Leonard, Melvin, Clifford and Tonnie Wheeler, sisters Evelyn Roske and Laura Skarsen.

Shirley was born just outside Medstead, Saskatchewan on the farm. She worked as a waitress in her early years and as a care aide in her later years. She was a kind and loving person and will be missed.
