Norman Walters
November 21, 1935 - January 13, 2011

It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Norman Walters announces his passing on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Dr. Charles L. Legrow Health Center at the age of 75 years. Born at Isle aux Morts Norman was the son of Jack and Priscilla Walters. He was also predeceased by daughter Gloria, Sister Hazel, Brothers John William and Bobby. He leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories his loving family, wife Melita of 50 years marriage. Sons Fabian (Nancy) Walters of Isle aux Morts, NL, Jerome (Shirley) Walters of Isle aux Morts,NL, Ross (Angie) Walters of Halifax NS, Kerry (Michelle) Walters of Rose Blanche, NL, Deon (Amy) Walters of Isle aux Morts, NL. Grandchildren Holly, Melita, Tyler, Matthew, Kelsey, Daniel and Rossalynn. Brother Bernard (Liz) Walters of Isle aux Morts. Sisters Marie Organ of Isle aux Morts and Corella Appleby (Mike) Marystown, NL. Sister-in-law Beulah Walters of Isle aux Morts and large circle of nieces, nephews and many friends. Visitation took place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Holy Spirit Anglican Church in Isle aux Morts. Funeral services took place on Monday January 17, 2011, 3 PM at Holy Spirit Anglican Church officiated by Rev. Peter Boote. Interment followed at Hillside Haven Cemetery, Isle aux Morts road.
