Annie Margaret Jeans
September 15, 1930 - January 10, 2011

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Annie Margaret Jeans announces her passing on Monday, January 10, 2011 at Mackenzie, British Columbia at the age of 80 years. Born at Port aux Basques Annie was the daughter of the late Walter and Elizabeth Osmond. She was also predeceased by her husband George, Baby daughter Joan. Brothers Ray and Absolom. Sister Lillian. Leaving to mourn with many loving and precious memories are her children Jane Power of Trenton, Ontario, Walter (Jane) Jeans, David (Darlene) Jeans both of Mackenzie, British Columbia, Stephen (Marcia) Jeans of Haneytown, New Brunswick. Grandchildren: Lorraine, Lorne, Jason, Janice, Jamie, Debra, Brittani, David and Keegan. Great-grandchildren: Ryan, Brandon, Jonathan, Megan, Spencer, Noah, Melissa, Ashley, Nicholas and Evelyn. Brothers: Edgar (Joan) Osmond of Port aux Basques, John (Florence) Osmond of Cape Ray and Ralph Osmond of Cape Ray. Sisters Ethel (George) Allen of Port aux Basques, Joyce (Harold) Janes of Cape Ray. Sister-in-law Marion Osmond of Port aux Basques and a large circle of nieces, nephews and many friends. Visitation took place on Friday from 7-9pm, Saturday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at East Haven Funeral Home, then continued at St. John The Evangelist Church in Cape Ray on Sunday from 7-9 PM. Funeral services took place on Monday January 17, 2011, 11 AM at St. John The Evangelist Church, Cape Ray officiated by Rev. Peter Boote.
