Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, January 19, 2011, at the Palliative Care Unit in Sir Leonard A. Miller Centre surrounded by her family, Susan Costigan in her 61st year. Predeceased by her mother & father: Bertha & Ralph Knight, and her brother Ian Knight. Left with fond memories are her loving and devoted husband of 42 years, Cyril; her sons: John (Lynn), Boyd (Paula); grandchildren: Kya, Irelyn, Stephen, & Andrew; brothers: Alf (Shirley), Ralph (Beryl), & Edward; sisters: Joanne (Frank), Ramona (Roger); mother & father-in-law: Mary & Cyril Costigan; brothers & sisters-in-law: Patrick (Carol Ann), Theresa (Larry), Marion (Frank), Roseline (Cary), Viola (Allan), Raymond (Juliette), Jim (Annette), Tom (Karen), numerous nieces, nephews, especially Charla & Julia and a large circle of extended family and friends especially Mary Alexius Kennedy. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Thursday & Friday from 2 - 4 pm & 7 - 9 pm. Funeral will take place at on Saturday, January 22, 2011 with 11:00 am Mass of Christian Burial from Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Harbour Main. Cremation to follow. Inurnment at a later date.
