Robert Charles Thompson passed away suddenly in Moose Jaw, SK. on Tuesday, January 18th, 2011 at the age of 54. Rob was born and raised in British Columbia. He was employed at CPR and BC Rail in Prince George until a car accident in 2004. Rob was a true outdoorsman, loving to hunt and fish with his best friends, Danny, Dick and Adrian. He always enjoyed socializing with family and friends. He was a loving, caring husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda; parents, Lawrence and Barbara Thompson; sister, Janet; brothers Dale, Gerald and Michael and families; daughter, Chantel (Dean) Kaulback; son, Gord Luch (Sheena Klassen); grandchildren Chase and Jordon Bardsley, Cheylynne and Connor Luch, and baby Wyatt Kaulback; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Carolyn & Jan Swanson & family and brother-in-law, Greg Holmstrom.
