Passed peacefully away at his residence in Mt. Pearl on January 19, 2011. Predeceased by his parents Frederick Sr. and Alicia Scott and brother Paul Scott. Leaving to mourn his wife Marlene Scott; children Eric (Grace), Sherry (Michael Hearn), Nora (Chris Johnson) and Dwayne Winsor; stepchildren: Annette (Tom Hawkins), Jackie (Barry Rose), Angie, Jay (Vanessa), Robbie and Rodney; brothers Gerard (Joan), Wayne (Brenda), Jim (Charlene), Tom, Jeff (Brenda), David (Colleen), Patty (Tracey); sisters Patsy (Ed Dunne), Esther (Don Dunne), Paula (Gerry Batke), Juanita (Larry Condon); 20 grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl from 7-9 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Funeral Mass to take place at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 24, 2011 at St. Teresa's Parish. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
