ROCHE, Florence Albertha- Peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, Ottawa on Sunday, January 9, 2011. Florence was born in St. John's, Newfoundland on February 27, 1913. Cherished mother of Emma Scott. Florence was the last of the children of the late Rachel and John Deir. Loving grandmother of Sheryl (Doug Dougherty), Tina (Jerry Melnychuk). Great-grandmother of Adrian, Justin, Cameron, Madison, Logan and great-great-grandmother to Isabella and Declan. A service to celebrate Florence's life will be held at the Pinecest Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline Rd., Ottawa) on Tuesday, January 25th at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
