Freda English of Fredericton, NB, formerly of Canterbury, NB passed away in Fredericton on Saturday, January 22, 2011, at the age of 77. Freda is survived by her husband Claude English, Fredericton, NB; one daughter Donna (Mike) Langley, Fredericton, NB; two brothers Floyd Durling (Ruth), McKenzie Corner, NB; Clifford Durling (Joan), Lower Woodstock, NB. Five sisters Beryl Scott (Robert), Upper Woodstock, NB; Stella Sharpe, Woodstock, NB; Zella Campbell (Patrick), Woodstock, NB; Barbara Grant (Richard) Lindsay, NB; Joyce Graham (Lawrence), Nackawic, NB; several nieces and nephews. Freda was predeceased by her parents Donald and Vera (Johnston) Durling, and sister and brother in law Mona & Lloyd DeLong.
Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB , with visiting on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2 pm from Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Bev Jewett will be officiating, assisted by Pastor Trevor Savage, with interment in the Canterbury Cemetery at a later date.
