1947 - 2011 - Emerie « Moye » Girouard, 63 of Bouctouche passed away suddenly at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Monday January 24th, 2011. He was married to Rose-Mai (Bourgeois) Girouard. Born in Moncton on November 23rd, 1947, he was the sons of the late Richard and the late Dorina (Allain) Girouard. He will be sadly missed by his wife Rose-Mai, and two daughters, Sharon Girouard (Robert Hébert), and Heidy Giroaurd (Guy Lirette) both of Bouctouche, his five grandchildren, Jeremy, Gabriel, Mathieu, Monelle and Chanel. He also leaves to mourn his three sisters, Aldéa Allain (Rhéal), Edna Allain both of Bouctouche, Simone Girouard (Jean-Paul LeBlanc) of Memramcook, one brother Michel (Dominique) of Bouctouche and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one sister, Denise.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l'église, Bouctouche on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Thursday from 12:30 to 1:15 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, January 27th, 2011 at 1:30 pm with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring.
