Passed peacefully away February 15, 2008 in her 95th year at Chancellor Park, Winnifred Laura Summers (nee Cook). Predeceased by her devoted husband Gerald, cherished granddaughter Kellie and brothers Clarence and Ronald. Leaving to mourn with special memories sons Arthur (Betty), Douglas (Hilda), David (Rita), daughters: Bernice Carter (Graham), Sharon Bursy (Robert). Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey, Lori, Jodi, Renee, Natalie, Scott, Susan, Paul Laura, Jennifer, David and Geriann and great grandchildren Michael, Nathan, Emily, Sarah, Katie, Brianna, Courtney, Chantal, Shawn, Carter, Keenan, Michael,Lillian, Andrew and Ian. Dear sisters Ethel Duffett, Edith Quinn (Joseph), Allison Kerwin, Olive Haynes, Gertrude Gladney and brother Arthur Cook, sister-in-law Olive Cook. Two very special friends Robert and Marie Cook, also her good friends from Chancellor Park Dot and Pearl. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Sunday and Monday, February 17 & 18, from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. and 7 p.m.-4 p.m. Service to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road.
