THOMAS, George Joseph- Passed peacefully away at his residence on Friday, January 28, 2011, George Joseph Thomas age 80 years. Predeceased by his wife Jean, sisters Mary Thomas and Phyllis Hart. Leaving to mourn one son Rick (Linda); three daughters Stella McDonald (Tom), Deborah Hogan (Tom) and Christina Thomas; grandchildren Kimberly Corbett, Gregory Hogan (Robin), Shane Hogan, Tanya Harvey (Robyn) and Rodney Thomas (Tiffany Belbin); special great-grandson Hunter Hogan; one brother Alfred Thomas (Violet); three sisters Marg Pomroy (Jim), Bernice Thomas and Rose Patey. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. from Caul's Chapel. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in his memory to a charity of one's choice.
