Leo LeBlanc
1932 - 2011 - Peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, January 29th, 2011, passed away at home after a courageous battle with cancer, Leo LeBlanc, 78, beloved husband of Corinne LeBlanc of Moncton. Born on February 9th, 1932 in Dover, NB, he was the son of the late Edgar and Yvonne LeBlanc. Besides his beloved wife of 56 years, he is survived by his five children: Ginette (Serge), Terry (Gwen), Roland (Denise), Gisele (Leo) and Nicole (Ivan). He also leaves behind seven grandchildren: Frank (Michelle), Ryan (Stefanie), Luc, Adrienne (Garrett), Rachelle, Richard and Pierre, one great-grandchild: Brandon, three brothers: Willie (Velma), Henri (Carol) and Roger (Aileen). He is predeceased by one sister: Adelma, and one brother: Raymond. To his family, he was the foundation from which it all stemmed, a husband first, a father thereafter, then pépère he had become. He will be fondly remembered for his generous nature, his humor, but most of all, for the love he had for his family. He will forever be in our thoughts, our prayers and will always be in our hearts. He has dignified his eternal legacy and has forever left his mark.
