BOLTON, Barbara Jean - 59, of Liverpool, Queens County, passed away at home on Saturday, January, 22nd, 2011. Born in Liverpool, she was a daughter of Link and Betty (Goodwin) Boland of Mersey Point. Barb was an award-winning photographer and a successful entrepreneur; owning both Barb's Photography and B.J.'s Taxi. Barb was a passionate, free-spirit who loved to travel, loved the outdoors and loved to laugh. Known for her strength and perseverance, she never turned from a fight. Best described as a strong woman, her fiery personality and enduring sense of humour will be missed by all those she encountered. Surviving besides her parents are her husband Stephan; daughters Rhonda Hanley (Danny Mooers) of Milton, Terri Hanley (Dwayne Sperry) of Liverpool and son Jody Jollimore (Jay Cabalu) of Vancouver; Her seven grandchildren - Kenny, Megan, Jacob, Thomas, Lucas, Ethan and Oliver; Her brother Robert (Mary) of Mersey Point and Sister Nancy (Lennie) Grant of Brooklyn. Her much loved cat Bubba. Visitation was held on Friday, January 28th, in Chandlers' Funeral Chapel, Liverpool. Burial will be at a later date.
