Aged 86 years, formerly of Fogo Island, passed peacefully away at Agnes Pratt Homes on February 1, 2011. Predeceased by brother Christopher and sisters: Evelyn and Annie. Survived by his wife Mae, son George (Tina), daughter Valerie (Barry Broders) and Step-son Paul (Wendy) Eveleigh, and his grandchildren: Justin, Bradley, Alex, Kyle, Jacob, Sterling, Christopher, Amanda and Matthew. Also survived by sister Sadie Loders,and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Fogo Island Funeral Home with funeral service at a later date from St. Andrew's Anglican Church, Fogo Island. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations to St. Andrew's Church, Fogo Island.
