Passed suddenly away Jan. 29, 2011, Jim, age 70 and Isabel Sheppard age 65 of Botwood, NL. Mr. Sheppard retired from Abitibi Price. Mrs. Sheppard retired as a home care worker in 2004 and was a member of Women's Auxillary and United Church UCW. Jim was predeceased by parents Leonard and Susie Sheppard; sister Shirley Freeman; brother, Rick Sheppard. Isabel was predeceased by mother, Nellie Brace; brother, Gordon Brace. Leaving to mourn their passing are son, Cory (Janet Deprimo); daughters, Wendy (Bruce) Borland, Debbie (Brian) Ellis, Connie (Darrin) Gill, Penny Sheppard (Paul Brouillette). Also leaving to mourn are Jim's sisters, Pansy (Grover) Mactavish, Maxine (Leroy Hynes), Blanche (Randy Pardy); brothers, Claude (Carolyn), Max (June), Randy (Nancy); Isabel's father Ewart Brace Sr.; sisters, Marilyn (Bill) Woolridge, Pauline (Calvin) Canning, Linda (Carl) Seymour, Evelyn (David) Baker, Judy (Alvin) Mercer; brothers, David (Sheila), Ewart (Pat), Paul, Rodney (Helen); their five grandchildren Brooklyn, Braeden, Angie, Marshall, Denver and Cory and one great-grandson James and a circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service by Rev. Stephen Barbour at Trinity United Church, Botwood, Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011 with interment at the United Church Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hoskins Funeral Home, Botwood.
