Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, February 2nd, 2011 at the Health Science Centre in her 90th year. Predeceased by her husband Thomas Michael Dwyer, and son Thomas Michael Jr. Leaving to celebrate her life her children: Margaret (Kevin Cole), Mary (Bill Atkins), Edward (Margaret Stone), Monica (Bill Penney - deceased), Paul (Kerry Donovan) and Linda (John Maher) with whom she resided and enjoyed many wonderful years with family and friends; 21 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and 1 great-greatgrandchild. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, February 5th, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Cremation to follow. Burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in Maude's memory may be made to the Newfoundland and Labrador Down Syndrome Society.
