PRYOR, Wilson- (1932 - 2011). Passed peacefully away, in the presence of family at Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, February 3, 2011, Wilson Pryor, of Sibley's Cove, age 78 years. Leaving to mourn with cherished memories, his loving wife of 56 years, Letty; seven children: Earl (Ellie), Edward (Audrey), Eugene (Joan), Terry (Evelyn), Marjorie (Gary), Roy (Heather), Robert (Corenna); fifteen grandchildren: Tracy, Trina, Mary, Niki, Ryan, Christopher, Gavin, Heidi, Travis, Troy, Todd, Terrence, Chad, Alex, Alyssa; six great-grandchildren: Joshua, Julia, Tristan, Eva, Liam, Brenda; brothers: Heber (Frances), Charlie; sisters: Martha Podguski, Annie (Stan Pynn), Lucy (Allan Dale), Marguerite Thompson; brothers-in-law: Gordon Sparkes, Vincent Sparkes; sisters-in-law: Alice Sparkes, Violet Goodwin, Goldie Rogers and a large circle of other family and friends. Resting at Hopkins Funeral Home in Old Perlican. Visitation Friday and Saturday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., Sunday (at Bethal United Church) from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. Funeral to take place on Sunday, February 6 at 2 p.m. from Bethal United Church, Sibley's Cove.
