The children of the late Mello Nearing would like to offer their sincere thanks for the outpouring of support, cards, letters, thoughts and prayers during our time of mourning. We would like to thank Father Doug and the CWL of St. Leonard's Parish in New Waterford, the Army, Navy & Airforce Honour Guard, Sydney Memorial Chapel, our cherished neighbours from River Ryan and kind relatives and friends from all over. In particular, thank you to Janice Burton and Sharon Barry from the Cove Guest Home where Dad resided.
