Passed away Sunday, January 23, 2011 at Humber River Regional Hospital, Toronto, Ontario, aged 67 years. Predeceased by his parents Chesley and Margaret and sister Carol-Ann. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, wife Gail; son Chris (Karen) and two precious grandchildren Sarah and Matthew; brothers Roger (Rose), Wilf; sisters Marie, Margaret, Judy (Bob), Jane (Mike), many nieces & nephews, as well a large circle of relatives and friends. We love and miss you Herb. You will always be with us and never forgotten.
