A wonderful man has died. At the Prince County Hospital on Thursday, February 10, 2011, of J.C. Gerard Fisher, of Stanley Bridge, age 83 years.
Beloved husband of Leá (nee Turcotte). Dear father of Jacqueline Fisher and Christopher Fisher (Selena Robison). Brother of George Fisher, Leona Morrison, Betty Arsenault (Ray), John Fisher (Estelle), Leo Fisher (Anne Crane), Bernadette Rupert, William Fisher (Elaine), Charlie Fisher (Marilyn Craig), Vince Fisher (Karen), Mary Fisher, Ron Fisher (Janet) and Don Fisher. Lovingly remembered by numerous family members in Alberta.
Predeceased by his parents, Leander and Mary (Lacey) Fisher; by his sister, Heather; and by his
brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Audrey Fisher, Chick Morrison, Maurice Costello, Electa Fisher and Harry Rupert.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Saturday at 12:45 p.m., then to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 1 p.m. Visitation Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer Society or Prince County Hospital.
