Peacefully at Andrews of Stratford on Friday, February 11, 2011, of Adele MacEachern of Tea Hill, age 98 years.
Beloved wife of the late Leigh MacEachern. Dear mother of Glen (Helen) and Keith (Ginny). Loving nana to Tracey (predeceased), Toni (Charles) Lemon, Julie (Sebastien) Laporte, Susan (Sam) Law, Tim (Kirsten), Jill and Diane. Great-nana to Avery, Bryn, Alice, Owen, Stacy and Teagan.
Predeceased by her parents, Wallace (Pop) and Margaret Smith; her sisters, Enid (Nathaniel) MacKinnon, Irene (Ed) Stewart, Verna (George) Walker, Amy (Arden) Richards, Florence (Gordon) Sheidow; brothers, Winston (Hilda) Smith, Harold Smith, Ernest (Bernice) and Edison “Ted” (Florence) Smith.
Survived by sister-in-law, Hazel Smith, and brother–in-law, Lawson (Ruth) MacEachern.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Tuesday from St. Andrews United Church, Vernon at 10:30 a.m. Interment later in the church cemetery.
