The death occurred at his late residence, on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011, of Allan Locke of Summerside, aged 58 years. Born in Sackville, N.B., he was the son of Helen (Read) Locke, Sackville, N.B., and the late Roger Locke. Survived by his wife and best friend Darlene (McGaugh) Locke; children Rhonda (Chris) MacEwen, New London; Tanya Locke (Joel Waite), Summerside; Chris Locke (Krystle Peters), Wilmot Valley. Special Bampie of Brayden, Maya Grace, Brooklynn and Avery. Brother of David (Linda), Phillip (Diane), Marlene, Gordon (Beth), and Ruth (Rick) Lirette, all of N.B.; and special uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held, in the funeral home chapel, on Wednesday at 1 p.m. Interment to take place later in Peoples Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the P.E.I. Lung Association would be appreciated.
