Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Sunday, February 13, 2011, Darlene Hennessey of Victoria, age 71 years. Predeceased by: husband Robert; brother-in-law: Gerald Clarke. Leaving to mourn, six daughters: Brenda (Brian) Parsons, Mount Pearl, Myrtle (Edward) Roberts, Upper Island Cove, Darlene (George) Penney, Victoria, Judy (Derrick) Tulk, Clarenville, Faye (Ken) Critch, Toronto, ON and Cara (Dave) Allen, Newark, New Jersey, USA; one son: Paul (Tina), Victoria; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers: Thomas (Florence) Snow, Victoria and Leonard (Gertie) Snow, Wabush; two sisters: Lillian Clarke and Evelyn (Robert) Hoskinson, both of Victoria; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel’s Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear after 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 14. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, February 16 at 2 p.m. from the United Church, Victoria.
