The Family of the late Robert (Bob) Keenan would like to extend our sincere thanks to all those who supported us through the difficult time of Bob’s illness and death.
Our Special thanks to Dr. Kelsey Cameron, the staff of the Gibson Medical Clinic, Dr. Sean Dolan, and Dr. Sidney Grant; the DECH Palliative Care Unit, and Extra Mural Program. Collectively, you provided the compassionate care that allowed Bob to pass away at home.
Our deepest thanks to Father John Jennings for his many visits with Bob, and for presiding over the celebration of Bob’s life held in Saint Theresa’s Church on January 7, 2011. Thank you to the Priests from nearby parishes who assisted Father; to St. Theresa’s choir and soloist Carla Hartley for providing the music. The entire service was a beautiful tribute that captured the true essence of Bob.
Thank you to Saint Theresa’s C. W. L. for the reception they provided following the service; to the C.W.L., the K. of C. and members of Saint Theresa’s Parish for their prayers and support.
A heartfelt thank you to all who visited Bob during his illness, and to friends and family members, many of whom live so far away; your caring presence at the visitation and the funeral gave us great strength and comfort.
Thank you to the members of The Jemseg Lions Club and The Nashwaaksis Lions Club for their unique prayer service at the Funeral Parlor and their presence as a group at the funeral. All of you were special people in Bob’s life.
Thank you to the many friends and neighbors who brought food to our home, visited, sent cards, emails & phone calls, expressing their sympathy; for flowers and donations in Bob’s memory. You will always be remembered.
