With our warmest “Thanks” we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who helped us through the most difficult time a family can endure, with the loss of our daughter, sister and mother of Danielle. Special thanks to Linda Shephard and Wanda Gillis who made numerous home and hospital visits and made it possible for us to have Sheila at home. Thank you to those who travelled from away to be with us. Sheila Parsons and Melanie McMullin two of Sheila’s closest friends thank you for your kindness and support during her illness. Thank you to all who phoned, sent letters, e-mails, flowers, sympathy cards, Mass cards, donations to charities and personal visits to our home. Thank you staff of Cape Breton Palliative Care Unit and their team of caring professionals. Staff of 4B and V.O.N. you are truly all Angels of Mercy. Special thanks to Debbie Boutilier for being there when we called on you. Thank you Rev. Michael Goodfellow and Stephanie Doyle for the beautiful service.
