It is with great sadness that the family of the late Una Parsons-Hutchings announce her passing on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 90 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her brother Hubert Duhart; step-children: Ann (Wayne) Ruth, Gerald (Kathy) Hutchings and Marie (Lorin) King; step-daughter-in-law Anne Hutchings and their families; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, especially her niece Myra Anderson. She was predeceased by her first husband Llewelyn Parsons, second husband Eustace Hutchings, parents Timothy and Lucy Duhart, sister Madeline (Charlie) Mason, sister-in-law Mary Duhart and step-son Danny Hutchings. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 18 at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue with Father Ambrose Hynes officiating. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetic Association.
