Evangeline Gallant passed away in her 86th year, at the Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga, Ontario on Sunday, February 13, 2011. Born in Shediac, N.B. on October 24, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Romuald Gallant and the late Elodie Gallant. Prior to her retirement, she was employed with the Government of Ontario. She is survived by two sisters: Simonne Gallant of Shediac and Jeanne McNeil of Dieppe and by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. She is predeceased by a sister Rita and by four brothers: Alderice, Emile, Hervé and Omer.
