At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, February 16, 2011, of Art Hughes of Stratford, age 78 years.
Beloved husband of Bea Hughes (nee Wood). Art is also survived by his grandson, Brandon Forbes (Jillian); stepsons, David, William, Robert and Timothy MacKenzie; sister, Bernadette Horgan; sister-in-law, Velda Jennings of St. John, N.B.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
No visitation by personal request.
Memorial funeral mass will be held Tuesday, February 22, at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Stratford, at 11 a.m. Interment will take place later at St. Catharines, ON.
