Suddenly at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, of Alistair Roderick "Roddie" MacDonald of Victoria age 77 years. Beloved husband of Shirley MacDonald (nee Peters). Dear father of Dale (Anne), Darlene, Gwen, Myles (Wendy), Harvey (Denise), Rhonda (Tommy) Godfrey, Douglas (Donna), Grant (Tina), Darcy (Kelly) and Daryl. Special Grampy of Timothy, Melissa, Malory, Terra, Cole, Porter, Holly, Logan, Cassidy, Kyla, and Daniel. Great grandfather of Zoe-Lyn. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Mary MacDonald, brothers John and Joe, and sister Marguerite Howatt. Resting at the Dawson Funeral Home, Crapaud, from where the funeral service will be held Monday at 10 a.m. Visitation on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9. If so desired memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or The Diabetes Association.
