Peacefully at the Prince Edward Home, Charlottetown, on Friday, February 18,
2011, of Christina MacRae (nee MacLeod) of Charlottetown and formerly of Iris, age 91 years.
Beloved mother of Joan Scott (Tom) and Duncan (Myrtle), Martin (Joanne), Kent (Debbie) and Ray MacRae. Christina is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Shirley MacRae and sisters, Eileen MacKenzie and Lois Gay. She was predeceased by her husband, Fred MacRae; daughter, Lorraine MacDonald; son, Freddy MacRae; grandsons, Craig MacRae and John MacDonald; and her parents, Joseph and Effie MacLeod; sisters, Anne and Sadie; and
brothers, Earl, Jack, Stanley and Stewart.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, 5-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 23, at Stratford Chapel, Hillsboro Funeral Home, at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow later at Caledonia Cemetery.
