At the Kings County Memorial Hospital in Montague on Monday, Feb. 21, 2011, of Louise Mabel MacLeod (nee Weatherbie) of Georgetown, in her 73rd year.
Loving mother of Allison (Carol-Ann), Edna (Rickey), Billy (Patricia) and James (Nancy), all of Georgetown. Devoted grandmother of 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also survived by sisters, Dorothy Buchanan, Marion MacEachern, Edna Green, (her twin) Emma (Ken) Docherty, Prudence Green, Helen Keating, Linda (Graham) Chapell, sisters-in-law, Betty Grant and Margaret Weatherbie.
Predeceased by sister, Lou Lea, and brothers, John and Elwood Weatherbie.
Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment later in the St. Andrews United Church Cemetery, Vernon. Visitation Tuesday, 7 to 9 p.m. only.
