Leo J. LeBlanc, 70, of Moncton, NB; passed away at Saint John Regional Hospital, on Monday, February 21, 2011. Born in Campbellton, NB he was the son of the late Edmund and Elisa LeBlanc. Leo is survived by three brothers, five sisters, his many close friends and nieces and nephews.
