1923 – 2011 Alice Robichaud, 87, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Friday, February 25, 2011 after a brief illness. Born in Notre-Dame-de-Kent, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Madelaine (Bourque) Robichaud. Alice will be sadly missed by her sisters, Marie Robichaud, of Waltham, Mass., Azilda Richard (late Alcide), of Fitchburg, Mass., Nélida Goguen (Alyre) and Emilia Robichaud, both of Notre-Dame, Eveline Richard (late Vincent), of Brampton, ON; several nieces and nephews; and many wonderful friends. She was predeceased by one brother, Edgar and two infant brothers, Fidèle and Désiré.
Visitations will be held at the Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur Slumber room in Notre-Dame on Sunday, February 27th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, Monday, on February 28th from 9:30 am until time of funeral. Funeral service will be celebrated at the Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur RC Church in Notre-Dame on Monday, February 28th at 10:30 am. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital for their special care.
