Peacefully and surrounded by her loving family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011, of Mrs. Theresa Mary Carmichael (nee Doiron) of Charlottetown age 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Eric "Eddie" Carmichael and daughter of the late Henry and Angie Doiron.

Dear mother of Ronnie (Carol), Paul (Sue), Allan (Tracey), Donna, Sharon (John) and Maureen. She is also lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her sisters Anna Gaudet, Florence Beaton, Marie Misener, Irma Gallant and Gloria Stewart. She is also survived by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Louie Peters, Bertha Doiron, Louise Doiron, Hoagie (Mabel) Carmichael and Fran Carmichael.

She was predeceased by her daughter Heather, infant son Raymond, granddaughters Tanya and Erica, sister Norma and brothers Pius and Leo.

Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 9:45 on Thursday morning, then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment will take place later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Holy Redeemer Church CWL will hold a prayer service at the funeral home on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
