The death occurred at the Garden Home, Charlottetown, on Monday, February 28, 2011, of M. Muriel Crosby, wife of the late Stanley Crosby of DeSable, P.E.I., and daughter of the late Gwen and John Russell of St. Lambert, Quebec. Sister of the late Jean McCullogh of Kingston, Ontario; aunt of Diane and Janet and stepmother of Brian, Susan and Sandra.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home. No Visitation by personal request. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel Friday at 11 a.m. Interment later in the Hyde/Crosby Cemetery, Meadowbank, P.E.I.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Primates World Relief and Development Fund.
