The death of Constance R. Drew of Rocmaura Nursing Home, widow of Charles Drew, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, February 26, 2011. Mrs. Drew was born in Saint John, a daughter of the late Clyander John and Elizabeth (Maloney) Conway. She had been employed at the Turnbull Home, the Mater Misericordia Home, and Rocmaura Nursing Home. She had been a member of the Catholic Women's League; St. Elizabeth's Society; and the Legion of Mary. She is survived by her son, Michael (Catherine) Drew of Yarmouth, N.S.; three grandsons, Matthew, Nathan, and Benjamin Drew; and several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter's Church on Saturday morning at ten o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
