At St. Peter’s Hospital, Hamilton, ON on February 27, 2011. Born on November 4, 1938 in McAdam, NB, daughter of the late Edgar and Amanda (Ross) Nason. Survived by best friend Margie Howlett, Hamilton, ON, two sisters Thelma (Willis) Wilcox, Grand Manan, NB, Barbara Nason, High River, AB, one brother Eugene Nason, McAdam, NB. Besides her parents, Edna was predeceased by brothers Gordon, Norman, Stuart, Jack, Cecil, Dave, Ross and sister Evelyn Taylor. Also left grieving are many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Edna worked as an operator at New Brunswick Telephone before moving to Hamilton, ON in 1962. She was employed at H&R Johnson and Royal Bank before retiring.
No visitation by request, however a memorial service will be held at a later date in McAdam, NB. For information please contact Cindy Calhoun at 506-894-1023, calcin@live.ca. As expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Edna may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
