At his home on Sunday, July 12, 2009, of Vernon Arthur Eessery of Mount Pleasant, aged 76. Born in Summerside, on Jan. 24, 1932, son of the late Alfred and Bertha (MacArthur). Beloved brother of Bea Ballum, Tyne Valley, and Dorothy Anevski, Virginia. Uncle of numerous nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. Predeceased by his parents, brothers James, George, Robert, Erville, and Ralph; sisters, Margaret Tenny and Alma Newell. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours Tuesday, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday, in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Internment to follow in the Mount Pleasant Nazarene Cemetery. Donations, made to the Mount Pleasant Nazarene Cemetery would be greatly appreciated.
