Peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, in Cardigan Head on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, of Elmer Patrick Callaghan in his 80th year.
Beloved husband of Norma (nee MacLeod). Loving father of Diane (Robert) Bradley, Peakes Rd; Garth (Janice), 48 Road; Annettee (Jerry Holland), Cardigan; and Wayne (Lynn) MacLeod, N.S. Cherished grandfather of 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also survived by brother Warren (Heather).
Predeceased by son, Brent; and brothers and sisters, Alfred, Billy, Olive McGuirk and Sybil Brescasin.
Resting at Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m. Committal service later in the St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, Fort Augustus. Visitation: Friday 6-9 p.m. only.
