Passed peacefully away at The James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2011 Edgar White, age 96. Predeceased by his wife Josephine, daughters Madeline, Genevieve, brother Ambrose, sisters Monica, Rosie, Elizabeth. Left to mourn with loving memories are his sons Edgar (Leone) of Foxtrap, David (Norma) of Leading Tickles, Glenn (Tina) of Mt. Pearl, daughters Agnes (Joseph) Breen of Gander, Theresa (Euart) Tibbo of Gander, Rose (William) Ward of Leading Tickles, Pauline of Ft. McMurray, AB; Regina of St. John’s, Judy (Wayne) Coady of St. John’s, 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Rested at Stacey’s Funeral Home, Gander. Funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 5th from St. Gabriel’s Roman Catholic Church, St. Brendan’s. Internment followed at the Catholic Cemetery.
