Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on February 25th Evelyn Mary Pike of Lewin's Cove age 75 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories son Ches Kirby and wife Judy of Epworth; grandchildren Shawna Kirby of Calgary, Susan and husband Phonse Hanrahan of Epworth, Chesley Kirby of Clarenville and Jonathan Kirby (Karen) of St. John's; great grandson Jeffrey and great step grandson Matthew; sister Eva Tansley of Deer Lake; brother John Kirby of Epworth plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by husbands George Clarke and William Pike, parents Earl and Lillian Kirby and brother Gerald Kirby.
Rev. Mary Harris officiated Funeral Service from Epworth United Church at 2PM on Monday with interment following at United Church Cemetery.
Pall Bearers were Lloyd Smith, Grant Kirby, Barry Kirby, Howard Manning, Charles Pike and Leroy Baker.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.
