In Loving Memory of Felicidad Punongbayan Juson

Our dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Felicidad, passed away on February 24, 2011 with her family at her side. She was born on December 25, 1911 in Corregidor, Cavite Philippines, and was the seventh of eight children born to Juan and Bernardina Punongbayan. She grew up in Sampaloc, Manila Philippines and raised her children in Barrio Kapitolyo, Pasig. In 1983, she migrated to Canada to live with her daughter, Ana and her husband, Angelo, in Macklin, SK. Her devotion to God exemplified sacrificial and unconditional love towards her family and relatives. She traveled all over Canada, United States and the Philippines in her desire to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She highly valued the unity and harmony in the family through gathering together and celebration as often as possible. This is the legacy that she left behind for our family to continue for generations. She personally and uniquely touched the lives of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is very much loved and will be sadly missed, but her memory will live forever. Knowing that she is with Jesus in heaven, brings a lot of comfort, joy and assurance in our hearts. Public Visitation will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2011 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at the Crossroads Pentecostal Church, 1510 Olive Diefenbaker Drive, Prince Albert, SK with Pastor Ches Jacobs officiating. Interment will be held at Prince Albert Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.
