It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, wife, friend and nurse, Leah (McVey) Forsythe. Leah was provided the best care possible by her exceptional friends and colleagues of Royal Inland Hospital, but her short battle with breast cancer ended early March 1, 2011. Leah, born December 15, 1949 in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, was a strong, intelligent, funny woman admired and respected by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed.

All are welcome to attend her funeral on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Southwest Community Baptist Church, 700 Hugh Allan Drive, Kamloops, with RIH Chaplain Viktor Gundel officiating. Reception to follow.

Should friends desire, donations to the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation, 311 Columbia Street, Kamloops, BC V2C 2T1 in memory of Leah would be appreciated.
